Republican Party wake up!
The republican party blew it with the nomination of McCain. McCain is a wishy washy fence sitter who failed to take on tough issues. McCain is soft on immigration, abortion, trade and energy another words he is a conservative Democrat. The reason Sarah Palin helped him is because she was real life. She has strong convictions and she related well to most people something John McCain does not do. McCain would have lost worse in this election had it not been for Palin.
So what does Republican Party need? The Party needs to get back to Constitutional beliefs:
Such as American Sovereignty: American government that is committed to the protection of the borders, trade, and common defense of Americans;
Family: One husband and one wife with their children as divinely instituted;
Immigration: The integrity of the international borders of these United States and the Constitutional authority and duty of the federal government to guard and to protect those borders, including the regulation of the numbers and of the qualifications of immigrants into the country.
Gun Control: The right to bear arms is inherent in the right of self defense, defense of the family, and defense against tyranny, conferred on the individual and the community by our Creator to safeguard life, liberty, and property, as well as to help preserve the independence of the nation.
Fiscal Responsibility: No nationalization of banks, a flat tax, the elimination of the federal reserve, a gold standard monetary policy, fair trade with tariffs that help this country not a foreign nation.

The Attack on Free Speech Has Begone!
I wish I was wrong but unfortunately the attack on free speech has begun as predicted. Recent attacks against Rush Limbaugh by the President shot the first blow. Now the Senator from Michigan is starting the process to return the "Fairness Doctrine"http://www.wnd.com/index.php?fa=PAGE.view&pageId=88113. The Fairness Doctrine is actually a back door way to put Radio Stations out of Business that depend on conservative talk radio. The unfairness Doctrine requires Radio stations to give "equal time" to liberal talk shows that don't get near the ratings, thus they lose business in advertising. So a Station who has Conservative talk radio programs either has to cut back or lose money or both. Well you liberals are saying at least its fair. Is it? Liberals Have almost all the major newspapers in the country bias towards the left, all the TV stations news channels are liberal except for Fox News and most blogs lean left. Now the liberals want to own the radio. Why, even with conservative talk radio it didn't prevent them from winning the election did it?
Liberals have the majority in the house and senate so they can push whatever agenda they want. So what is the real reason for this bill? It is simple they don't want you know what they are doing. They could have slammed this horrible spending bill down our throat with no opposition. Instead they have got some heat, so now they want to make sure their is no one to oppose them at all. Now that is change you voted for isn't it? Now that free speech will be censored, the next agenda is "gun control".
